We are looking for certain qualities. Potential agents
should have experience with the Military, Police, Jail, Probationary, or Judicial
experience. as arrest experience can be beneficial in our industry.
They should have people skills and decision making capabilities.
Personal and financial integrity are a must. We are looking to expand
our districts and are willing to train good candidates. The state sets
certain requirements for Bail Bondsmen, and these must be met by ANY candidates.
Risk management, or other insurance skills are a plus, as well as contract
writing and document filing capabilities and being fluent in a second language.
We have opportunities in most counties of North Carolina and are expanding into
South Carolina.
